My first round predictions for all the games on Thursday, March 20, 2008 in the NCAA Men's Division 1 Basketball Tournament. They will be listed by their respective regions. I have listed four upsets of lower seeds defeating higher seeds. Well, here I go. Please feel free to leave your comments and your our predictions.

South Regional

West Regional

UCLA (1) over Mississippi Valley State (16)
